How can I help?

I offer organisations and partnerships a unique responsibility-oriented approach to working together.

Using this approach, it is possible to grow towards continuously working together successfully, since working together is centered both as a function and as an activity.

In working on collaboration according to this approach, I take on my roles as mentor, facilitator, speaker and researcher with seniority. Among other things, I bring the following to the process: the Model of the

Six Responsibilities™, the two principles of working both on the organisation and with the teams and team members, the Model of the House of Togetherness™, the self-scan collaboration orientation, tailor-made workshops, peer to peer coaching and think and work labs.

For those organisations and partnerships that prefer to have an 'outboard motor' or interim person as project leader of the change according to the responsibility-oriented approach towards continuously working together succesfully, I am more than pleased to take on the role of project leader .

Different perspectives on work

Due to the fact that we all have a different perspective on work or a different work identity, we do not all have the same collaborative behaviour. With the self-scan collaboration orientation and the Model of the House of Togetherness™ this becomes insightful and clear.

Practice: there is always discontent

The consequence of working with each other from different perspectives on work is that there is always discontent in working together. Up to and including hassle. In all qualities. Bad or not so bad. Below or above ground. Soft, hard. Invisible and visible.
We all have practical experiences of this.

Working together threatened

Discontents and hassles always threaten good and successful collaboration. As a result, failure of working together is always around the corner. There is therefore a need to continuously work on collaboration.

Working together successfully

Working on collaboration involves organising six responsibilities to ensure continuously working together succesfully.

The Model of the Six Responsibilities™ helps with this. The model also helps to stay on track in the continuous work on collaboration.

Six responsibilities

In successful collaboration, six responsibilities interlock that are arranged over two layers. Working on collaboration using the responsibility-oriented approach therefore means working on these two layers or principles.

Principle 1 is the layer that the organisation forms around the place where the collaboration takes place. This is about a) organising collaboration as a business function and b) (learning) to manage collaboration as a business activity.

Principle 2 lies in the team and the team members and concerns individual and collective insights, awareness and a 'ladder of skills'.
