I offer organisations and partnerships a unique responsibility-oriented approach to working together.

Using this approach, it is possible to grow towards continuously working together successfully, since working together is centered both as a function and as an activity.

In working on collaboration according to this approach, I take on my roles as mentor, facilitator, speaker and researcher with seniority. Among other things, I bring the following to the process: the Model of the

Six Responsibilities™, the two principles of working both on the organisation and with the teams and team members, the Model of the House of Togetherness™, the CollaboratorScan™, tailor-made workshops, peer to peer coaching and think and work labs.

For those organisations and partnerships that prefer to have an 'outboard motor' or interim person as project leader of the change according to the responsibility-oriented approach towards continuously working together succesfully, I am more than pleased to take on the role of project leader .

Due to the fact that we all have a different perspective on work or a different work identity, we do not all have the same collaborative behaviour. With the CollaboratorScan™ and the Model of the House of Togetherness™ this becomes clear and insightful.

Working on collaboration with the responsibility-oriented approach means ultimately organising six responsibilities that interlock in the process of continuously working together successfully. To organise this, two levels or principles are significant.

Principle 1 is the layer that the organisation forms around the place where the working together is done. It is about organising collaboration as a function and learning to manage collaboration as an activity. Principle 2 lies in the team and its members.
