As a mentor, facilitator, speaker and researcher I help organisations and partnerships when (internal and external) working together is problematic or not successful. I also help to prevent working together from failing (permanently).
As a result of my research into collaboration I work from a unique responsibility-oriented approach to working together.
My Model of Six Responsibilities™, together with my two principles for working both on the organisation and with the teams, my House of Togetherness™ and the CollaboratorScan™, form the guiding principles for organising and guaranteeing the ability to collaborate.
My work is to deal with the Circle of Collaboration Failure , to prevent it and to break it.
