Using this approach, it is possible to grow towards continuously working together successfully, since working together is centered both as a function and as an activity.
In working on collaboration according to this approach, I take on my roles as mentor, facilitator, speaker and researcher with seniority. Among other things, I bring the following to the process: the Model of the
Six Responsibilities™, the two principles of working both on the organisation and with the teams and team members, the Model of the House of Togetherness™, the self-scan collaboration orientation, tailor-made workshops, peer to peer coaching and think and work labs.
